Dr Paraskevi Lioumpi

Dr. Paraskevi Lioumpi is a Doctor of the Department of Sport Organization and Management at the Faculty of Human Movement and Quality of Life Sciences of the University of Peloponnese.
Her Academic interests include Olympic Education and the cultivation of the Olympic Values in Physical Education. She is especially interested in the development and implementation of Olympic Education programmes and she is trained as a facilitator for the IOC’s educational material OVEP.
She has been a Lecturer at the Undergraduate Program at the Department of Sport Management at the University of Peloponnese and she has been teaching in the post-graduate programmes of the Department (“Sport Organisation and Management” and “Olympic Studies, Olympic Education, Organisation and Management of Olympic Events”) since 2011.
Dr. Paraskevi Lioumpi was a school principle of public primary school from 2011 to 2018 and she is currently a Regional Education Coordinator for PE Teachers in Athens from 2018 until today.
